A 20% deposit is required for all first-time appointments to reserve your time on my calendar.

The deposit is applied toward the total cost of our appointment and confirms that we have mutually agreed upon the date, time, and location.

For returning clients, deposits are generally not required unless the appointment involves significant travel, an extended booking, or other arrangements that require advance commitments.

For travel arrangements, a separate deposit may be required to cover non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses.

I completely understand that plans can change. I simply ask for reasonable notice so that I have the opportunity to offer the time to someone else.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before our scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or have the deposit transferred to a future date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of our appointment may result in the deposit being retained.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, or for a missed appointment without notice, the full appointment may become payable before another date can be arranged.

If an unexpected circumstance arises, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I am always much more understanding when we can simply talk about what happened.

For travel dates and extended arrangements, cancellation terms may differ depending on non-refundable travel, hotel, and other expenses already incurred.

In the unlikely event I ever need to cancel, your deposit will of course be returned or transferred to a future date, whichever you prefer.
